ABSEIL ROCK CLIMBING DAY IN WALES A day for individuals to gain further experience and for groups to have a fun climbing session or for team building. We spend the day working through all of the compnents of a traditional session, leaving you with a feeling of exhilaration and some newly aquired technical skill. ABSEIL ROCK CLIMBING DAY DETAILS ABSEIL ROCK CLIMBING DAY DESCRIPTION GLYNEATH, CRICKHOWELL AND MERTHYR TYDFIL - BRECON BEACONS This is a traditional rock climb climbing abseil session and takes place at one of the three main rock climbing venues in the Brecon Beacons National Park, the closest to your accommodation. As a group session we run the day in the following way - warm ups, traversing, kit orientation, belay instruction, climbing and finally abseiling. We can tailor make a day for individuals or small groups who wish to learn rock climbing or require some personal instuction to improve ability/skills. We bring to the day Climbing and Abseiling activities and all of the relevant safety equipment. WHO CAN TAKE PART? We can accommodate most levels of ability and have worked with all ages although any child under 7 years old should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. LOCATION OF ABSEIL ROCK CLIMBING DAYS Glyneath, Crickhowell and Merthyr Tydfil, all within the Brecon Beacons National Park. CAN I COMBINE THIS WITH ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES? This is a full advenure climbing, abseil and rock hop day so no need to combine with another activity. Saying this though, why not combine this with a Caving or Gorge Walking CAN I USE A CAMERA / CAMCORDER Yes. There are good opportunites to film the sessions.
